I paid my rent up to jan, canceled the paper and put my library holds on suspended. Getting ready to take off for my home state for thanksgiving and Christmas.

Today I walked away from a situation that made me really angry.
I went into the bathroom and stayed there until I calmed down

Had hotdogs for lunch, and I only ate one.
For me, one hotdog is a victory
I am usually a 2 or 3 dog person

Today I bought myself a new winter coat, cleaned my bedroom and the kitchen, went for a walk, ate healthy, and had NO ANXIETY. I went out in public and had no problems as far as that went. I did my makeup and hair nice too. And took a nice shower. I FEEL REALLY GOOD TODAY. IT HAS BEEN GOOD! I also drew some gesture drawings in my sketchbook and it's been FOREVER since I've drawn anything.

I think it is SO important, regardless if we're in a high or a low, to recognise what we did throughout the day, even if it's just something small and simple. It counts.
Thanks for this!

I finished a big project. A psychologist is finishing a report on the situation with my kids (they live with the day who basically alienated them in a major way) and I submitted pictures to prove him wrong. 30 photos total, with annotations. E.g. he claims I was abusive and the pictures show the exact opposite - happy cubs with their mother bear. Or the mother's day gifts - one says "best mom ever" and another says "thank you for helping in kindergarten and picking me up from school" - guess what, I did all of that while working full time and the then H played videogames all day long. I feel so stupid for letting the situation go that far, but at least now I am taking the right steps in the right direction.

I found pictures - they were all over the place - organized, commented, etc.

DONE!

My reward is a trip to Walmart. I will get the degreaser recommended by Christina and just look around. I like looking around in big stores where there is no sales pressure and you can "window shop" to your heart's content.
Thanks for this!

When I was on my walk this morning I stopped and admired the moon.
So beautiful
I thanked her for giving me light on my walk

I ran a 16x300 meter repeat workout with my friends on the track at my school. Really a nice way to end the week.

It is not something I have done, but what I am going to do. I will walk to my weekly anxiety group therapy. I have group on Fri evenings. 50 minutes walking one day. So I will do almost 2 hours of walking. I will have the FitBit on and I bet today I will exceed the 10K step goal which is good because I have been quite sedentary lately. If it goes well, I will make it a weekly habit.

Also, I had a good talk with my childhood friend, did a load of dishes, made a yummy lunch for myself, and cleaned 2 out of 4 of my countertops with a degreaser and a lot of elbow grease. Probably first cleaning in 2+ months. Will do more cleaning once I come back from the group. Oh, I will be walking in my vibrams - the shoes that have a compartment for each toe. Supposedly it is very healthy. So, lots of positive things today.
Thanks for this!
