Went to the doctor to have some bloodwork done. I should have been in there months ago, but I've been neglecting my health. They drew six vials, going to check a bunch of different stuff related to my stupid, stupid endocrine system.

Visited one of the few people I care for in the hospital. She is not well and they cannot figure out what is wrong with her. It was hard to see her that way, but it was nice to giver her some company.

Got up and was in the good mood, feeling pretty steady -- to be honest, haven't felt swingy all day....maybe the abilify is working...

Gonna go for walk with my wife and then mutts when I get home from work and then workout(maybe workout...ha!).

Then watch a movie or Sons of Anarchy season premiere.

Had 3 different appts and took my 2 sons to school and picked up. I have been feeling pretty ok lately. A lot of times it is hard for me to get up.

I have a terrible cold/flu.
Rather than stay at work, get sicker and feel like poop
I said, I am going home

I met my wife out in our drive with an umbrella(it was pouring) as she got home from work, and walked her to the door with it.
Thanks for this!

1. resumed studying for the exam

2. finally sorted through old VHS tapes, took them to a guy who converts them to DVD's, chose the ones I want converted and had him recycle the rest. Now I will drop off my video players next time I go to Goodwill - one more "checkmark" in decluttering.
