Today I took a walk and actually got out of bed. I actually miss my mania.

I am way behind on my work (at work), and it stresses me out so much
So, I went into work, and worked for 5 hours to catch up.

Got up, dressed and went to the library, got the mail in, made a phone call....I'm doing well today! 😊

StandUp, thanks for this thread. It makes me feel better just reading other people positive things. Put on my new rainbow striped socks today. Changed from my nightie to nice clothes. Loved my cats and petted them. Yesterday made a new catnip toy for my cats. Watched one of them play with it and kick it.

Interacted with people at my nephew's B-day party. I was even smiley and jokey and enjoyed myself. Kids parties are fun.

Cleaned bathroom all except I didn't mop. Will do that tomorrow. It's hard bc I have a back injury. Instead of pigging out I made a really good banana protein powder smoothie and for dinner had a turkey sandwich.
Thanks for this!

Got up, walked my dog and locked myself out of the house.

Usually I would get all stressed out, but today, I sat on the deck, enjoyed the wonderful day, and waited for bf to get home

Washed my dog.
She is a 48kg Shepard, who hates a bath
So washing her is not easy

I have started transferring my paper flashcards onto my computer, and reviewing what I learned this way. I am bored, have not left the apartment, have not taken a shower, but I made a salad for myself for lunch and cooked a hot cereal, so all in all, things are not so bad today.

I finally took a shower and cleaned out all my cat litter boxes. I also ran a load of dishes and unloaded the DW. I ate decently - cooked for myself a bit, just very simple stuff.

That is all for today, but it is better than nothing.

I left the house, interacted with others, gave my pets some love and attention and rewarded myself with a little time out.

Not a bad day

I opened a month's worth of mail. Took my daughter to a doctor appointment. Going to have my son's best buddy over tonight, which will make them super happy
