Im planning on getting my boys circumcised. They are teens but eh who cares. Ill do that tomorrow. Tonight i think ill get drunk.

Yep i am. This sounds an awful lot like your going into a mixed state. Your agitated, hopeless, sleeping weirdly, vaguely want to self harm and subtly questioning whether you should go to the hospital. Are you safe?

Maybe a job would be the best thing for you ..Would put more structure in your life...You would be tired at night and maybe allow you to stop letting intrusive thoughts hound you ?
