Welcome- are you able to get some professional help? If you are feeling suicidal and homicidal you need to see a doctor or therapist. Once you are correctly diagnosed that will give you a starting point towards healing.

Welcome to the forum. I agree with the others, you need a correct diagnosis. A lot of things mimic bipolar symptoms.
A psychologist would be a good start, although a psychiatrist would be better. If you feel suicidal and feel like hurting others, they will probably put you on meds. At least long enough to get you stabilized so you can be receptive to therapy.

Welcome N-I think you will find this forum a good source of support-as others have already said you should seek some professional assistance-depending on insurance sometimes that means getting a referral from your MD-many can hook you up immediately with support groups in your area. I know it can be very difficult voicing these kinds of things but you have already taken the first steps in talking to your fiancé & logging on here-take care.

Thank you for sharing your story with us.

As a first point of call you'd want to get a referral to a psychiatrist. You'd need a professional diagnosis as to what mental health issue you are facing. That way you would be able to be put on the right medication and receive appropriate treatment.

Sounds as if this is starting to dominate your life and that's why I think you need help. A therapist wouldn't be a bad idea.

Wishing you all the best.
