I try too, but when I'm stabile it's boring and I forget. I actually bought the My Mood app, and it has features out the yang, lol.

It has a med alarm, and charts all kinds of stuff. It has a nice looking real time chart. I just forget to use it! If I was un med, I would use it for sure.

I use paper and pen. Once a day take less than 2 mins right before bed.

I used to, but now that I'm stable I don't ever use it. I have it set on my iPod to remind me 3 times a day to set my mood but I ignore it everyday even though it goes off as an alarm. Maybe it would be a good idea to start again. I always forget and because of that I usually don't see an episode coming. I would like one that tracks sleep too, because that's a big factor in my mood. I do however journal, not everyday, but by looking through my journal entries I can figure out my moods just not as a chart.

Does anyone know one that tracks sleep too?

I was doing well with my track app until I went to MN in Nov, since then I've gotten bad at it. Like the others when I'm doing better I slack off, pen and paper or app doesn't matter. I just don't think about it as being important. Like blue bird I should keep it going cause I seem to just fall in and out of episodes with no waring, maybe if I kept better track I'd catch them faster?

My Mood app does sleep. The only time I wish I was tracking is when a mood change happens, then it's too late. Lol.

I use one. It's been especially helpful now that I've had ECT and can't remember anything. Mine is imoodjournal and its on my phone. It sends me a notification at 8pm to enter my mood.

I love Optimism. It is very customizable. You can use it on your browser or there are apps for it also. Has a place to journal too.

I try to as well, but I think I suck at identifying/plotting out where my moods actually are. I have a tendency to minimize things.

It's also hard because there are certain emotions that can either be associated with being down or up, like agitation. Most mood trackers track how you perceive emotions like that, "bad" or "good," and it makes it even more confusing.

I should track as best as I can, and I recently downloaded the DBSATracker. It's pretty comprehensive, but again, it's hard for me to plot out how I feel on a scale when it all winds up feeling normal anyway, feelings that seem "below" could actually be "above," and it's all so one-dimensional to me, and that's not how I feel things, if that makes sense.

Xanax, .5 mg as needed -- for the anxiety.
Topamax, 50mg -- still figuring this one out.

MDD, but possibly have some form of Bipolar Disorder. Then again, I could be paranoid . . .

Well, at least I still have my sense of humor.

I have done mood trackers before, but like you I stop after a while. I really need to get into the habit again, just to see where I'm at.
