I got up at 7:00am after keeping vampires hours all Winter, took a shower and started my Spring cleaning.

I got up early and met two new people on chat. I welcomed them and chatted a bit. I did a load of laundry. I ate oatmeal. I did my devotionals and mediated. I took my meds.
Soon I am going to get ready and drive to a movie theater and see a movie with a friend. That will probably be the extent of my day.

I'm just about about finished cleaning my room. I think my house is finally back to pre-depression cleanliness.
 Now the last room to tackle, my bathroom. And I took a shower, when I normally wouldn't have.

Took my dog out for 1.5 hours today in three stretches and laughed watching her chase the squirrels and enjoyed the sunshine and fresh air.

I saw my new therapist and it blew my freaking mind!
Meaning she was amazing and insightful and gave me much hope for the future.
