I have a ton of unused meds. I am kind of saving them and plan to use them for an art project in the future. I have a bag of things that didn't work.

Today I did nothing great. I stayed in bed all day.

The junk people were in today to remove a ton of crap! Feels good to have the extra space.

Gave myself a two hour home spa treatment. I love long hot baths, laying there in scented water with only my nose and mouth above water. So freeing and calming. It deadens the vibrations and sounds.

I called the police after a car drove into the little grassy area I happened to be walking along. I, of course, forgot my phone, so I had to run to the nearest shop and ask to use theirs. Poor dear was having a seizure at the wheel; luckily no harm came to her.

Getting out of bed is probably the only positive thing I've done all day.

It took hours but I have a eye dr appointment, a hearing appointment and waiting on a dental appointment. I had to call the insurance several times but I got done what I've put off for several years.

I've done a couple of positive things today. First, I went to a couple of local charitable organizations with a tour from work and it felt great to be a part of something. Second, I saw my therapist today. I've been seeing her a little more frequently lately, and it's a good thing.
