Because I'm now in Medicare, I had to switch t's again.

Turns out she's super nice and I think I like her. I didn't like having to tell my family info again though. The abuse stuff has me unnerved and near tears. I fought crying in her office. Idk how to process this. I hate it. She asked the last time I wanted to hurt myself and told her last week. I hate that question. I told her the intrusive thoughts and she asked if I was a cutter straight out and I was honest.

Traumatizing to talk about this stuff. :'(

Yes it is but it's the only way to get the help you need. It will be better now that you have it out in the open.

Oh know....glad she seems nice tho. Starting over can be hard. I felt that way when I changed doc offices. I had to go through all the "history". I had to answer all the personal questions again. I feel your pain. Stay strong.

I understand how hard it is to talk about it, but it's a good thing you were honest. That's the only way you can heal. I'm glad your new T is nice.

It's so hard to dredge this stuff up over and over again and have to start over. I'm glad you like her and I hope you feel better.

You are probably pretty raw and vulnerable now, so be very nice to yourself, (hot candle baths, warm fuzzy slippers or whatever you can do to nurture yourself) and make sure you protect yourself for the next few days till that heals over again.

Thanks. Today is better. The bad memories aren't really playing back anymore. I feel like I'm vulnerable right now too.
I'm getting ready to go to my cousins to help babysit for FIVE days. All weekend

I don't do well bring away from home for long. It makes me uneasy and stressed out. But she lives too far to come home during the day. My aunt said they'd pay me so I hope so.

Heres to hoping I don't lose my sanity.

You are a much stronger person than I am. It takes me forever to open up to a new T. I hate change for the most part but unfortunately it is something we have to go through at times. Good luck to you and I wish you the best.
