i was sitting at a light this morning after dropping my b/f at work... and i saw this guy in his car that looked just like my ex.. i just wanted to go open his car door and punch him in the face.... it wasnt my ex but he looked so much like him..... to this day if i ever see my ex i know ill lose it and go after him....... looked like my ex.... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I'm sorry you are feeling like this...although I undertsand it completely. Just remember, what goes around comes around. You don't have to do anything to him that fate won't take over and do to him sometime down the road. Know in your heart that you can move past this and he will get his one way or another by some other force. Holding onto your anger and pain will eat you up inside hon. Don't let HIM have that control over you!
