Huh? I want to understand the problem, but there's not really enough here to go on. What are your symptoms? What do you need to do to help yourself right now?

What about you? I sense you feel that taking more meds is somehow a bad thing. Your brain is begging you to feed it meds so it will work right. I had the same problem, I didn't want to take the meds. I was scared. But I'm not scared now. I know they help. They will help you too. Maybe you should ask a doctor before changing doses though.

Ugg - I feel for ya, sleep disruption and migraines are triggers for me. Got get them undercontrol fast before it sets in fast and hard with the mixed manic episode. good luck, make sure your keeping a good routine and excersise regularly. Keep away from caffiene or strachy foods at night, as they can mess with sleep.

Keep us updated.

Amazonmom! I know you already know this, but it can be so hard to remember with an episode kicking up... No need to be disappointed in yourself! Disappointment in yourself indicates it's a matter of willpower, and as we all know (as much as we'd like it to be otherwise!), that that simply isn't so. Even doing all we can to help moderate them. So please be gentle with yourself, ok? I hope the med change helps!
