I have a (maybe) strange question:
Since I track my mood I noticed something I find quite funny(?). Regardless of my overall mood, I have an anxiety day all 6 days. Sometimes it's more or less distance, but most times it's 6 days.
Nothing in the cathegory that I'm unable to live my life but.. just there?
Sometimes I think something terrible will happen to my child, sometimes it's imposter syndrom, sometimes I think tomorrow there will be a revolution and everything is going down (okay I admit, it's hard to make a good job on these days, but at least I GO to work - and leave earlier)

I mean... what?
That makes no sense to me. It's not even "Mondays" or similar.
Does anybody else experience this?

I try a TLDR with less confusing words?
About every 6 days I am anxious about random stuff and I find it odd beause of the clear pattern. Odd because 6 days mean no regular event like "weekend ends"
Does that makes more sense?

Are you anxious for 6 days straight, or anxious for 1 day every 6 days? Either way, you see a pattern and should consider possible reasons for it. A pattern does exist it seems.

Some of those things you are concerned about seem less like worry and more like paranoia. Please bring up your thoughts to your pdoc. I wish you well!

I have a similar issue, except my worries/anxieties/obsessions last a few days around the time of my ovulation and PMS. So I saw my GP about it and I'm being put on birth control to see if that will help. Good luck!

Do you do anything about it at the time you feel anxious? Take a medication? Practice a certain behavior for self-calming? Something else?

If you do one of these kinds of things, maybe you need to do that every 5 days, or more frequently - maybe the benefits last you about 6 days?

I have just one day every six days so it doesnt have to last that long. Most times I have mantras ("It's okay, it's just this time again" etc). Works good enough for me to be able to function right. Also saying my fears out lout makes them seem a bit more silly. They are not gone, but a bit lighter, more obvious to be only in my head. I'm not on medication.

I don't take medications, either (except for a couple of supplements that seem to help). When I get anxious, I do find that posting here, writing it all down - even if I don't post - or saying it out loud to someone really helps mitigate the feelings.
Thanks for this!
