Finally ended my relationship with my wasband, and didn't cry about it......not because I have a personality disorder, because it's been a long time coming!

Finally went on fb. Been avoiding it bc of the election. But most of my fb friends have the same views as me so it wasn't too bad. Got to chat with my friend in Ireland. She's so cool. Told me she was worried about me.

Cleaned some. Just had tuna sandwiches today tho. Didn't cook. Was a good day.

Went out of leave (I'm IP) with my parents, walked along the line where the ocean meets the land juts like I was walking o a wire in a circus (Thank for that line Counting Crows!). Went back to my parents and saw my sister, nieces and nephews. I was in a great mood and able to calm the irritability with meds. now I am just listening to music, surfing the net and journaling. So glad my doctor trusted my parents enough to get leave cause technically I should not be allowed out but my doctor saw it as a healing exercise, which it was. So, all round a very positive day, well at least at 6pm. Anything could happen from here knowing me.

Making some strides to get a handle on my son's crap that has taken over the house. Been at it 2 hours. Only barely have made a dent. Wish I had help!

Hey ya'll, I am super proud of myself. My son's room, which was a sea of toys on the floor and uninhabitable for probably the last 9 months, now has a clean floor. It took 4 hours, but I did it!

Went to my Sunday yoga class.

Bought swim goggles and fins to improve my stroke - cannot wait till tomorrow night when I get to try them on.

It is pouring rain, so did not go for a walk as planned, and am reading a draft of a story I wrote in May when my Geodon began working.

Got 8 hours sleep finally!! Yeh, to meds. Still woke up agitated but getting sleep certainly helped. Listening to a lot of music and analysing lyrics which really helps.

Did the dishes (no dishwasher). Dissociated while doing it but I did something. That's all I got done today. Proud though

Last night (Monday) I asked a nurse for help before trying to do a runner. My nurse was great and talked me down. Safe for another day. Gotta be a positive.

When my mom called my pdoc I had to confirm it was okay , since it wasn't my mom going, and I had to talk on the phone for a few minutes. I pretty much had a panic attack lol but I did it

So far I've gotten up early and gone to Starbucks. Don't know about the rest of the day. I'll be carless.

I started defrosting the large storage freezer.

We put up the Christmas tree and strung the lights on it.

Went to the convenience store, had coffee, took a bubble bath and skimmed through a book. Now, just staying in my room away from the world, just trying to relax.
Thanks for this!

I am beginning to realize that I have more compassion than I think I do.
