A reality show would trigger mania for me fast. Not enough down-time, too much time with people watching.
Do you find you are more suspicious (not just paranoid) than other people? (Like I read something someone posted on facebook I'm pretty sure isn't true and I'll spend time trying to track down the truth because it bothers me to wonder.)

Thanks to my meds, cold. I don't know what I'd choose if I didn't have heat sensitivity.

Caffeine. I know it's supposed to be pretty harmless but I used it to make myself hypo and treated it just like a drug. I haven't had any in 8 years.
Do you eat regular meals or graze?
