Got meds done. Picked up one and have two on order for next week. Still having anxiety and tiredness around midday. Need to figure this out because I don't want to keep trying to take naps and wasting part of my day.

I think I'm getting withdrawal symptoms for accidentally skipping my Abilify dose for 2 days in a row. Slight depression. Bummer!

I think I'll be okay, though. I just gotta continue taking it.

I took the written driving test and passed! Woohoo!! One step closer to driving. I don't think I could have done it if I hadn't gotten stable...

I finally went back to therapy (it has been about 1 year). It had been an eventful year full of ups and downs with lots of unresolved situations and life changes, so it felt good to begin to talk about these things. I had to break down how the Bipolar also affected me since she said it is hard to differentiate what was a symptom vs. my normal response to life events. I had to really emphasize that aside from the issues going on in my life, Bipolar symptoms really did play a big role in the poor decisions I have made. When I explained myself, she said that it's good I'm now back in therapy since I recognize my BP was getting out of hand, and I haven't been myself. So far, it's going well with her, and she isn't judgmental at all. I'm looking forward to my next session

I'm ok. Work sucks. Unrealistic deadlines as a stressor.

I'm super stressed. I have a 2 work trips coming up which I don't deal well with in the first place. Add to that, both trips are to very hot humid southern states. I do not do well with the heat at all.

Seems like a good day because I actually had enough sleep.
I usually get 5-6 hours and spend the day sleepy and napping on breaks and lunch.
Had a hell of a mood swing last night. Got pissed over nothing and although I could feel it coming, I just couldn't stop it. I couldn't stop talking, forcing my opinion, and being "in charge" for about 15 mins then it simply stopped. It was business as usual for me but now I have a child with her feelings hurt and a wife that wants me to just disappear.

So 40mg of Geodon doesn't knock me out, but I think it keeps me asleep, slept almost all night, and the whole day away, which was okay, cause it was told hot to do anything else, even my A/C wasn't working right cause of the heat. Was pretty hyper or also happy yesterday due to no sleep in about a week, everyone in the therapy department that knew me seen it, I may or may not have been a little hypo this week, idk for sure, probably a normal mood, but I really dont know what my normal moods are other than a little depressed, I think that's my normal moods, so really elated (as my therapist put it) is one t of the norm for me. My.cat won't stop sniffing my pants, he does it and then bites me, it's funny but annoying at the same time Over all not a bad day today or yesterday, just really hot...

Are there any friends that you work with who you might ask about how you seem to be coming off. You could just say that you are enormous stress at home that it is something that you don't want to talk about.

I don't work so... But my family probably knows I'm a little off this week, the biggest thing is I recognize it, and continue to take my meds so it doesn't get worse, even though I like the elated feeling, but I finally got tired enough that I think I crashed, idk at least it isn't depression for a change...

I'm not neutral, I'm numb. tired and numb. Tired of being numb. Just tired of being.

Good news our classes got filled. We have 10-14 kids per class. Classes start next Monday. H had to move rooms and he's not taking that well but it really is a good thing. He'll have internet in his classroom. I gotta get better by Monday or the kids are going to suck the life out of me. I'm trying to explain we have more stuff to buy but he's not having it.

I have not adjusted to my time zone after my trip to Europe! (I got home late Monday night.)

I keep waking up between 12 am and 2am no matter what time I go to sleep! It's now 3am and I don't feel tired... but I know I'll be hit by a wave of tiredness midday today and I'll want to go back to sleep.
