I haven't had a high in a while I certainly miss my highs It seems that all I've been getting lately are the lows I certainly miss my highs I've been noticing that I'm ignoring my routine hygiene, which is rare for me because I take showers every day when I get up.

I feel like crap lately I certainly miss my highs

damnit I want my highs back! At least when I'm high, I turn into god and that the whole world belongs to me. at the rate I am... I'm the little ant trying to survive in this world I certainly miss my highs

I can sympathize with you. I always thought what could be so bad about being manic as long as u weren't destructive. Sounds like fun to me. I mean give me a pill for that, right? I don't mean to sound insensitive but that's really how I think and feel. (Please keep the hate mail to a minimum") lol I don't know what's getting into me....

I don't think you're being insensitive, thats exactly how I feel and see things.

When I'm in my highs, I feel overly great. It's like I won the lottery. Why should I go to the hospital and see a psychiatrists for feeling good? Why should I take something to get rid of my highs that makes me feel like a super human?

I enjoy my highs and wish I had them more often I certainly miss my highs

I wish I knew how to fill up my high tank I certainly miss my highs

I miss the highs as well. Been going for job interviews, and I don't have that wonderful confidence anymore. I have to adjust to my "new personality."

There are some things that I don't miss though. I would flirt with some women when I had those highs -- never crossing the line, but this was playing with fire. That feeling was so intense. I'm glad that aspect is gone.

Another aspect was impulse buying. I can go into a store now and not have to buy something. Nice to be able to window shop without spending $$$.

I can certainly join this club....I love my highs....there is nothing better!!!! Why would anyone want to give them up...except for the fact that I have some affairs ( sorry to my hubby who is the greatest man in the world). I still love the highs...

The confidence levels are fantastic and the sex is even better...What can I say...that is just me:+)

I don't really miss my highs. I was manic only once, but I've had tons of Mixed episodes and psychotic attacks. I don't miss those. But I guess most Schizoaffective Disorder patients don't miss their highs.
