it is so cold today!

I am listening to some really, really, crazy music

a group from japan called toy-box who, apparently.. well, I don't know what they do

but their music is sort of jumpy and fast

It is getting cold here too! I thought it was the coldest day today also. That group toy box sounds interesting. You should totally put up Christmas decorations that would be nice

I am not good today.

I just found out that my extremely abusive family are trying to make contact with me through friends of their's.

they are leaving the country, and they want to get rid of me before they leave

(not what you want to here when you spent last night awake and struggling with depression)

how cruel of them... I just finished having a meeting with someone (from like a protection service thingy), who asures me they are doing all they can to keep my address from them.

but i'm not happy

I could really do with some support with getting through the christmas season

I am feeling I don't want to and it all hurts too much to do this.

plus i'm struggling with a lot of paronoya at the moment

it's really not helping.

my abusive family sent me a christmas card yesterday (putting an end to what was turning out to be a good day)

of course, I tore it right up in to little bits- and I through it away, bt ugg. the memories and the issues with it all. I hate it

Possible trigger:

at 4 in the morning, I felt them in the room with me, shouting and cursing at me to just, " die all ready"

it's messed me up for a while for sure
