Other than my body hurting from mid back to bottom of feet from work today, i've got no real complaints. Woke up in a oddly good mental state after freezing all night from wife thieving my blankets.

I just watched Joe Rogan Tiggered on Netflix. It was the funniest stand up routine I've seen to date. Everything he says is so vulgar but so true which is why it's so funny. The guy is a genius!

I'm doing better I guess. Ran a lot of errands today and thus am feeling quite tired. I'm not looking forward to another med increase tomorrow but have less anxiety after stopping a different drug. Have to do some higher level work tomorrow for a client that I'm scared of. Why is adulting so hard?

Do they have a "How to Adult for Dummies" I wonder....that's what I need right now too. But I'm getting it back and you will too. Good luck tomorrow.

I saw my business analyst friend briefly today, and I asked her what she thought of the election growing more disgusting with each passing hour, as she is very politically aware and active. "Pig men", she responded, as if that was a complete sentence.

Pretty sure I'm going to do to go to the cops about this stalking situation. I'm being nice and ignoring them but they are reving up and getting more aggressive. My parents need to get the scammer out of their house. It's vital that he move. I need to address this delicately so I'm dismissed outright.

I was discharged from IP today and I'm looking at my prescription realizing I probably won't be able to afford it. I don't see a pdoc until the end of December.

Went to meet.with my case.manager today, went to DBT group, and individual therapy. My case manager told me my psychiatrist will be retiring next week, I have my last appointment with her on Monday, 1 freaking week notice, I go to county mental health, so idk who my new psychiatrist will be yet as we're assigned psychiatrists. F*** idk how to feel about this, sad, angry happy for her? Idk, and nervous about who my new psychiatrist will be, like really nervous, I don't want my meds.messed with, and idk if I'll even connect with him or her like I did with mine. F***, so that's how my day has been...

I really hate this for you. I've been in this situation before as well. If you don't click with your new pdoc. I hope your able to change. When you meet the pdoc just express your concerns of changing meds. If you would like to stay on the ones your on let the pdoc know the current meds are working fine.

Thanks for the advice, my therapist told me the same thing, to let my concerns be known. And my case manager told me to let her know.if I don't mesh with my new psychiatrist (whoever that will be) and that I have the right to change. I hope.things go smoothly for me, like it did when I switched case managers (my old one became a.therapist), I have great luck with people.leaving me so far. Now as long as my therapist doesn't leave me I'll be good. But I really do hate this, I've been working with her since January, and she's the first psychiatrist I trusted, so it sucks, but it is out of my power. Thank you again for the advice.

Hello....I hope you are feeling better now. Is there a social service hotline in your area? In my area and a few others there is 211 (you dial 211 on the phone). It's a 24/7 social service hotline. You can also contact the department of mental health in your area. There is NAMI. You can see if they have a location in your area. NAMI.com. Down the road you can see if you qualify for Medicaid. You apply at your local department of human services but it's based on income. I don't qualify but do have Medicare

I'm home finally. Went out with my friend and my son. Friend bought us Panera while we are waiting for our food stamps. I had the yummiest salad with avacado (I had extra!) and chicken and eggs. I talked to my sister today and she wants to go on a diet together. She lives in California. I'm not sure how to make a diet work on food stamps, but if it just means more veggies and protein I can swing that. I also paid my rent this morning. You have to pay by money order so I stopped in to Meijer and got one. (Its actually cheaper than going to the credit union!) So now my bills are caught up. I still feel a bit antsy while waiting for the disability to show up in the mail box. They told me November. They told me that LAST November! I need to find and write down all the appointments that are coming up or I'll miss one. I have one with my pdoc and one for my daughter at the children's hospital about a growth in her throat. Basically, I think the Wellbutrin is working well. Now if I can just make it through the next week and election day. Ugh. lol

Helped my husband clean house and do laundry. Other than that not much. Lots of bad things happening around me, with spouse and friends. Trying to keep calm under it all.
