I took my youngest out to Tim Horton's. (Got take-out for my middle.) We're waiting for my ex to get here to pick up my youngest, then middle and I are going to Barnes and Noble to spend my birthday gift card. I really need to clean the kitchen, though.

Took a shower, went to therapy and got my legs waxed and a spa pedicure (Strawberry Margarita) . Feeling better. Going out to IHOP later with my daughter.

Bought more clothes, took a shower, and did a load of laundry. Also wrote a poem today and posted it to Creative Corner. Will be making dinner once my husband wakes up from his nap.

Ran the dishwasher, hung out with my Mom for a bit, treated myself to a mani pedi, I have pretty toes and fingers now lol

I spent the day with my daughter, which is unusual. (She had been spending all her time with her boyfriend, but they broke up.) We had lunch and went to the piercing shop so they could see how my helix is healing.

Went to church
Bought and washed two sets of sheets Will be making dinner soon Oh, and fed the cats. One of them is being pretty pushy about it. |

As bad as I feel today, I've managed to pick up most of my living room and vacuum (with son's help). Also kept up on dishes, did 2 loads of laundry, and went to the grocery store. Grocery store was hard with anxiety/irritability.

Saw a friend for 10 minutes at Starbucks before I had to leave for church.
Went to church and sang in the choir. (In my cassok (sp) that's not too long anymore so I don't trip!) Took my youngest (also in the church choir) for a haircut and lunch. Came home and did the dishes, took out the trash, did a load of laundry and took a shower. Oh- and I listened to one of my new Adele CDs ("25").

Went to pick up my meds at the pharmacy.I also went to my uncle`s birthday party and chatted with my relatives.Now I`m just doing a few loads of laundry.

Today I got down on my hands and knees and scrubbed my bathroom floor.
The mental anguish/hurdle/logistics was harder to deal with then the actual doing it. It always looks/is so dirty/hair spray build up(yuck and sticky) when I finally force myself to do it. Glad that that is over and washed my bathroom mat, and remember yesterday I cleaned off the counter so the bath room is much cleaner.  I went with a girl friend and watched the movie The shack and cried. Good movie! Had not seen a movie in a long while. Did some paperwork/accounting for my business. Good day. bizi

well i didnt really do much, but im trying to be kind to myself. so:
-I left the house and got breakfast -I read a book -I got cat food for my cats -I ignored depression's voice telling me i am worthless and better off dead and drowned it out with some good loud music |
