I'm forced to survive with no "meds", "drugs" or whatever those different coloured things are called... my body will not tolerate any of them except for benzos...
I'm still here  I'm also allergic to pets, scented baths, loads of other things ....  (I tried hanging out on an allergy/eczema board, it didn't help at all - I wish I could just ignore it but my body won't let me )Just goin along for the (bumpy and often excruciatingly painful) ride  I'm also crap at verbalising but that at least I can make an attempt at (PS tomorrow I'm going to phone at least one potential therapist.. not looking forward to this.. the doctor (uk) recommended meds only  )I'm hanging on for Papa Bear - if I go further down this seal hole I'll be outta "options" (Sorry I feel like deleting this, I don't want to "waste" anybody's time - I was told by a medic years ago that self care was basically "wasting" his time.. I was just trying to stay as healthy as I could but wtf..)

I hope you are able to get some god sleep at night.
I have to take .5mg of klonipin to sleep at night. Sleep is so important. I want you to know that it is an honor to have you post. You are always so supportive to others and know that this is a 2 way street here. give AND GET support. Please don't delete what you have written. (((((HUGS))))) Happy valentines day my dear. bizi

(((Hugs))). I too have reacted badly to the majority of medications I've tried. Even vitamin supplements. I'm allergic to cats, various scented items and soaps/cleaning products, etc. it's very challenging and my heart goes out to you. I do okay with Benzos too and now that I've heard the Alzheimer's link has been deemed unfounded, I don't worry about taking them like I used to. But only for a few weeks at a time at moderate doses then a break as I still fear the withdrawal I've heard talked about.
