My hubby checks that I take my am, dinner and evening meds. I often forget to take my midday drugs on time. However my head is racey by 2-3pm so that reminds me to take them.

I took my meds when I came home this evening. I’m tapering off Zoloft starting tonight.

I was late taking my morning meds. When i initially woke up this morning, i felt like a truck hit me. I was tearful, and my arms felt so weighted that i couldn't lift them to pick up my pill box. I finally got them in and my mood shifted. I took my afternoon and evening meds as well. T pray that i wake up feeling wonderful (i will take feeling ok) in the morning.

I forgot my trileptal in the morning yesterday, but I took my evening meds. I have a hard time remembering morning meds on the weekend.

I usually don't take them when manic, but I try to take them at the same time every night. Every night being 4-5am which is not good all together.

I forgot yesterday. Thanks for the reminder. For some reason I’ve been taking them every other day roughly. What’s up with that?

Yes. I took lamotrigine, a monopure (a very pure fish oil), and some D3 this morning. That's everything I'm prescribed for the morning.

First time poster here. I struggle with taking my meds well particularly lithium daily. But, after going inpatient for the past 5 days, I can confidently say YES I took my meds this morning.

I’m going to start back taking vitamins D and B. I had a pdoc suggest it a few years ago.

I had dinner, took my meds and walked my dog. I’m trying so hard not to miss dosages. When I miss a night; I’m really irritable the next day.

I think my problem is I take 5 1/2 pills in the morning and 5 1/2 pills at bedtime. 8 of those or for my bipolar. But, I realize that I need them. So, I've taking my morning meds today!
