I also forgot to take my morning meds. Together with my evening meds, I had something like eight pills in my mouth to swallow at once.

Yikes, I took my evening pills 8 hours late when I woke up in the middle of the night and realized it. Good thread!

I'm not skipping a dose and have added more to the arsenal per hubbies instructions and me agreeing my symptoms are way, way out there currently. I hope this will finally be the cocktail for me.....I hope I've finally found what will work. I'm feeling better on and off today.....it's a good sign. Very hopeful.

IDK...it reminds me of a bunch of robots downing their meds because the system has told them they must.

not trying to be offensive

No, my mind tells me I must! I can't...won't...will not...go back to the way I was! I have to take my meds every day just to maintain basic sanity...not that that's even all that great but it's better than the abyss.

Reading the title of this thread, I used to think it was really stupid. My meds are in my computer desk, though. I can't count the number of times I might have forgotten if not for looking at the title of this thread! Thanks to the OP.

Your welcome. I myself use a pillbox AND have alerts on my phone. But would dismiss the alert and say “let me finish this one last thing”. Then would end up not taking my meds. I figured I was probably not the only one forgetting. And I do really bad when I miss my meds. I’m irritable and my anxiety is through the roof just after missing one dosage.
