Hard to miss meds when IP. However, I am usually pretty good when at home. Occasionally I get the urge to skip them but usually I manage to fight myself and take them anyway. It only makes things worse when I do skip them.

I have a reminder set on my phone but for some reason today it didn't pop up. My morning routine was off a little -- I had to leave earlier than usual and I wanted to cook breakfast rather than stop for fast food. Half way to church, I realized I forgot. I would have turned back but I was working in my ministry and had to be there by a certain time. Kicking myself for not restocking my 2 day supply that I usually keep with me.

Sundays are a hard day for us because it's our only day off and we try to sleep in. But yes...we did this time instead of taking our morning dose in the afternoon.

I use to take my Lithium three times per day. It was super hard. I sometimes would have to make myself eat lunch out.

I'm usually pretty good at remembering. I use a pill box, so that really helps. I almost always remember my morning and bedtime meds, it's the lunchtime and dinnertime ones I forget sometimes.
But yes, I have taken my meds so far today

Wasn't allowed to take my night meds last night as my BP was too low. I missed 5mg Haldol, 20mg Abilify, 900mg Lithium and 1.5mg Clonazepam and a beta-blocker. Nurses will take my BP this morning (it is Monday here) then if I am ok I can go back on meds except the beta-blocker.

Funny thing is I don't feel like I missed my meds at all. I slept 5 hours and woke up chirpy. Wondering if I can cut more meds off my list and stabilise on fewer meds. Will ask my pdoc today.

I remembered, but purposefully forgot Abilify.

Done with the dizzyness. I'm over medicated anyway.

Well I didn't take my Restoril last night. I slept for four hours. I'm up trying to help my mom with her business. Oh I just know I'm going to crash

I discovered that there was a period of three weeks back in November where I did not take my medication. Any of it. Wife found the pill bottles from back then in my desk drawer at home. I didn't even know they were there.

Awkward....

After all my bragging about not forgetting.....I forgot my meds yesterday AM. Felt weird during the day but couldn't pinpoint it until I went to take last evening's meds. Oh well.

I managed today, I keep forgetting to take the Rivaroxaban for my leg though But I guess better that than forgetting the Lithium. It finally seems to be in the therapeutic range now, so hoping to keep it there, fed up with weekly blood tests!

I often forget to take one of mine, but the other I always remember to take.

I took my meds, mostly. I missed one this morning as the capsule stuck to the box and I didn't notice it as I rushed to leave the house this morning.
