I've done really good for a couple of weeks now and I can tell. I feel like I'm stabilizing again.

Did you remember to take your meds today? This awesome little pill case has been so helpful to me! It says "meds or madness" which I am pretty sure is not a real mad hatter quote, but it is pretty relevant to me.
Thanks for this!

I missed mine today and didn't think of them till I started crying and had to leave my support group. Wondering why? When I got home and checked the pill sorter I knew why.

Oh I've been there. The sudden crying spell that comes out of no where. Once you get ur meds back in ur system good ur mood will be at baseline. Take care and be gentle with yourself

Last night was the first night I forgot my night meds in a couple months I think. I got a bad migraine and couldn't get myself up to take them and my husband was super sick and I couldn't ask him. I'm disappointed but back on track today and will be more careful going forward. I spent a long time talking to my friend in the phone and I think I got over stimulated. It was worth it but I can't make a habit of it either.

I know it's not a good thing to do, but I only take mine when I feel I need to. I hate to take my mood stabilizer when I'm in a good mood because I don't want a "ceiling" over me. Like, I don't want to be suppressed or held to a certain level. ( if that makes sense) The meds seem to make me just OK, and nothing more than that.

I forgot this afternoon as I "slept" through it. (Not really sleep, but not getting out of bed either.)

I slept in a bit today....I woke up for a bit around 6:30am but went back to sleep soon after until 9:30 and took my meds first thing. When I was extremely symptomatic, taking my meds was very second nature but I'm getting a little more forgetful with each passing day while I return to stability. I need to be careful with this.

I've been forgetting to put my patch on regularly again. It's harder to remember bc it's every other day, not every day. My therapist told me to associate it with something else I do every other day but there's nothing else that happens only every other day. I don't remember until it's been about 5 days and I'm feeling slightly down. Then I think and realize it's been a long time.

I've been taking the bromocriptine regularly though. And of course the invega is an injection so there's no forgetting that.

I've been doing really well with not forgetting my morning meds on the weekends for a few weeks now. So I'm giving myself a pat on the back.
Thanks for this!

I had a very rough start to this day and in my chaotic panic and running about all morning I forgot my AM dose but finally remembered in the afternoon and will take my night med as scheduled as long as my memory doesn't screw me over again with all the chaos in my head.

Missed my morning meds. Got up late and forgot to pack them for breakfast, and we ended up not getting home until this afternoon. Took my afternoon batch and will take the evening batch here soon.

I took my regular meds and my sleep aid. Tonight was my first dosage of 50mg Zoloft. My pdoc raised it yesterday. I hope it helps
