Haven't missed a dose this week. Need to pick up my Lamictal refill tomorrow. I did forget to do that yesterday but I've got enough left that I won't run out before picking them up.

I had a physical this week & my bloodwork results said my Vitamin D levels are OK. I guess Vitamin D (as well as other factors) help control seasonal depression. The prescription supplement I'm taking must be doing the job.

I took my meds as usual this morning, but forgot to sit in front of my light box. This thread is a great help. Thanks, Coco.
Thanks for this!

Missed my Lithium and Lamotrogine two nights in a row. Playing with Fire. I didn’t take them as I’d been drinking. Aiming to settle down and take them tonight.

Ok I just med my new pdoc. I’m going to get time release capsules for Lithium and Risperdal. She wants me to try Prozac but I’m just too nervous to do so.
