Just took them, and my vitamin. I bought a bottle of krill oil today; something to add to the mix.

I heard fish oil helps to prevent mania relapse.

Been remembering them every day but for two days last week I 'forgot' them on purpose trying to mess with my mood state. Thankfully I came to my senses and recommenced my meds. Strangely had no withdrawals from the lack of Lithium and Lamotrogine.

I did, and I feel like I'm getting back on track. I still desperately need a pill box. I second guess myself way too much, and that resulted in a missed dose recently of Lamictal. At a high dose of 400 mg per day, missed doses are not good.

I set my pillbox up wrong. I take two Lithium tablets nightly and I only had one for each day. I’m so glad I caught it today and corrected it.
