I used to take lamictal 50mg morning and night but my GP changed it to 100mg once daily, which I had been taking at the same time as Zoloft in the morning for about a year. Because I work shiftwork I struggle to take them on time and was forgetting the night dose of lamictal sometimes. I know the usual dosing regime is twice daily, so this kind of worries me. I've also recently switched to taking both at night.

Along with that, I forgot to take both lamictal and zoloft yesterday, going 36 hours without a dose.

Today I was irritable, anxious and low in mood, even my affect was restricted, I had moments where I was agitated, then moments where I couldn't make a decision, it took me forever to respond to a question, and I was apathetic. I didn't want my partner anywhere near me.

I took my meds and about 2mg of clonazepam and felt better.

I need to remember my pills easier, and I changed to nighttime dosing because I was often feeling sick in the morning after taking them, and I can't stand food in the morning.

I always remember to take mine because I take them at night before I go to sleep and they are sedating. When I used to take one in the morning though I would have issues.

Missed my afternoon meds--got up to take them and ended up putting dinner in the crockpot and putting away laundry. Too late to take them now.

I have a nurse at home. She came back. Can't live without the dogs. She prepares 'em for me. I forces them down my throat.

I forgot to take my PM meds yesterday. This is unusual for me. So this morning, I took both my yesterday PM meds and this morning AM meds.

Yup, took am meds when I got up----way too early--- went back to bed and then got up at a reasonable hour and almost took the ams again, lucky I noticed the day stamped on the box and remembered that this is Tuesday. Yay for knowing what day it is!
