I take them every night like clockwork. Am I taking them at the right time? Probably not. I need to get my sleep schedule in order, but it feels so damn hard sometimes.

Ran out of lithium last week and still haven't gotten the refill. Going to run out of clozapine in a few days, and I'm tempted to just not refill it. Ive only taken Pristiq the past few days.

I'm struggling big time to take my meds. I only take 2 Aripripazole and Depakote but if I'm honest I haven't took them in nearly 2 months. I have had no side effects which makes me wonder if I really need them. I'm not depressed or manic I'm actually pretty stable. Normally I'm depressed in January but I'm good.
I know I need to take them I'm just struggling to take them. I know I should tell my team but they'll get pissed at me and will moan at me. I'm seeing my worker tomorrow and my nurse next week. I don't know what to do??? Any tips or ideas??? |

I think you should always be honest with your support team.

It would brainstorm and see if you can figure out why you stopped your meds. Was it money, side effects or did you feel better and thought you did not need them? If you can figure out the why then go from there. I will not judge you about not taking meds. My youngest daughter has ADHD and does not take meds anymore. I suppose her on this. She is able to manage with school accommodations

I was about to take my meds when I realized I dropped a lamictal on the floor. I can't find it anywhere and that makes me nervous. I have small kids and a cat.

Been taking mine regularly, it about time to call in a refill on 1. I'm bad about calling in refills and sometimes miss a dose or 2 because of that!

I use Walgreen’s and they will text me and ask if I want them to refill my meds. I just reply “y for yes”. Then I get another text saying there ready for pick up.
