I forgot to take my extra trileptal at lunch yesterday. I'm going to try taking it in the morning instead now. I suck at remembering to take meds more than morning and bedtime. My pdoc has already said I can take it at one of those times instead.

Took evening meds; but I'd like to thank the posters of this thread, its amazing the number of times it reminds me to take my morning meds when I'd otherwise forget, just by it popping on the front page of the bipolar forum.

Gosh, I almost forgot my Abilify last night. Was thinking about it 2 hours before the time, then and hour before, then I forgot and was 3 hours late! I understand it's still ok if it's late, but I really don't want this becoming habit. Sigh. I'd better restructure my evening to prioritize this. Well, some things I can't. Hmm maybe I should change the dose time?? Hmm

Ah geez I can't remember if I took my meds this morning. I may have missed them. But I don't want to take them now because if I did take them earlier, then that'd be bad.
