I was out shopping for food and forgot to bring my afternoon meds. I'll still be alright, though.

Out of my sleeping meds, put in for a refill more than a week ago but the doctor's office hasn't gotten around to it! I had a feeling this was going to happen so I took less and saved up a bit, got 1 left then I'm gonna be watching late night crapola.

I forgot my morning meds. Then when I remembered, I just have been sitting on my sofa not moving. So I will take them now even though it is already 5:00 PM in the afternoon. I rarely forget my PM meds.

Yup, I did take my meds although I can’t sleep...

Tomorrow, I am starting a new med ... well, technically “today” now and I have to take it at the same time every day (I currently taking “morning meds” when I wake up and “night meds” in a flexible time frame). Also, I HAVE to eat with it.

I hate eating, as well as being tied down to a schedule...making a big change, I’m nervous. But, anything to get out of this mixed episode. I have tried at least thirty meds over the years...just no med change in awhile.

My OCD has worsened as I tritate off the “old med,” and my ruminating OCD thoughts came back quickly.

I read all the reviews on drugs.com It seems people do wonderfully on this med or horribly....I’m too nervous to name it. I’m superstitious, I guess or maybe I’m just a very anxious person. Or, duh me....maybe it’s my mixed episode.
Hugs from:
