Well, I took my meds yesterday, but I fell asleep listening to a book on YouTube and missed my bedtime Seroquel. I woke up at 4 a.m. on the couch, and decided against taking it because I would sleep all day.

I feel a little energetic today but a little anxious.

Going to pick up my Seroquel after work. Dr. Switched me to 90 day supply so that's good

Took morning and afternoon meds. Morning is easier because it's right after breakfast. Night meds are taken before bedtime.

I’m anxious this morning for missing my bedtime quetiapine. I took a morning gabapentin to compensate.

This has happened before. I guess I get anxious without the bedtime quetiapine.

Took morning and afternoon meds. I didn't eat much for lunch, though, and now I'm kind of loopy.

Tonite I'm alone with the dogs. My wife left me. She was the one that took care of giving me my meds. Unfortunately, she will return on Monday, she says. Can't live without the dogs.
So, right now I'm going to the pill box and drink my share of poison. Thank you.
