I've been having symptoms for 1-2 weeks now, but I haven't totally freaked out because I felt it was under control. People were making a fuss about nothing.

Today I realize I'm no longer in control of how I feel and think. I worry I might hurt myself. The entity is putting thoughts into my head and I've been "rehearsing" suicidal gestures.

At the same time I am not willing to go to hospital. This resolve is slowly breaking down, but still here quite strongly. I worry my language program will kick me out, and I desperately want to avoid that.

I don't know what to do except for keep posting and reaching out to trusted people.

That seems like a very low dose of zyprexa given the symptoms your having. I know its in conjunction with seroquel but still...

When did you start the increase of Seroquel? It can take a while for it to have effect. The most important thing is that you stay safe. Do all you need to achieve that even if it involves IP. It might only be a short stay and do you a world of good.

Please stay safe and take care of you. If you need to go IP, please do. Your language program is second to your health and wellbeing. I hope you feel better soon.

My suggestion would be to talk to the administrator of your language program. Tell them you are having a health issue that might require a hospital stay, and ask what the effect would be on the program if you needed that. At least then you would know what the language program would do. If they have a procedure for the program to accommodate such, it would at least ease your mind. If they didn't, you would know that as well.

Please get some help, even if it is just a call to your psychiatrist's emergency line.

Zyprexa works really well for the symptoms that you have at a higher dosage.
