Spat enough saliva, followed instructions and shipped the 23andME kit. Cooked for my lunch guest tomorrow. Grocery shopping. Took a shower. Did the dishes. Ate well. Scheduled appts.

Woke up @ 3:00AM. Stayed in bed 'till 4:00AM. Got into my briefs and went to water the lawn and the flowers.
Stopped @ 630AM. Traffic started passing by with more frecuency and I'm not 39 anymore.
Even though a few waved. Even two women. I'm flattered.

Light yoga to help with my back and neck tension, worked for half a day. I called to see what is wrong with my computer, so that this can be resolved, bought something inexpensive on ebay that I need.

Packed my bags for hospital, went for a long swim and had my parents drive me to hospital. Feeling awful but at least I got a last swim in before I was IP and the weather cools down.

I got my daughter OTC medicine to help her sinuses. Hopefully, this will help her sleep better tonight. She's been having it rough because of allergies.

I filed a claim with an auto insurance company. I was involved in a fender bender where the police found no one at fault (we were both turning left from parking lots, but the sun was in her eyes, I think she was at fault but got lucky). I hope they will pay up, and I will not have to request an investigation by my insurance company. I did not lose it. I did not panic. That alone is a HUGE positive for me.

I went to Walmart for dog food. Then I went grocery shopping. I also dropped off a prescription and picked one up. Plus I worked a little today now I am getting ready to cook dinner. It was a productive day.

Had a guest over. He was visiting for the first time and ate/drank everything prepared by me, and asked for seconds.

- soup
- salad
- toasted bread with cheese
- a ground lamb and eggplant/squash dish
- tiramisu (that one was store-bought)
