I took my medication as always. I slept well. I ate well. And, I had a good time today just relaxing and enjoying myself.
Thanks for this!

I started organizing my office. It's a HUGE jobs. I have way too many books, so many there is no way possible to read them all in my lifetime, so I'm trying to pare down my book collection. I also have a lot of duplicate office supplies and just general junk in there; I really need to go through everything. It's a daunting task. But, I did bring one box of books to the library (those I cannot resell at the used book store because they are advanced readers copies), but the Friends of the Library can sell them in their book room to make money for the library. The others I am taking to Half Price Books...sometimes you get lucky...one time I got $150 from a load, that's pretty good there.

I finally mailed off my daughter's school photo to my father-in-law.

I saw a chiropractor.

I also took a long full shower, and did other self-care, too. I styled my hair nicely, dressed much nicer than usual, put earrings on, and even a little make up.

I didn't do as many chores as usual. I did no errands, but I did do the basic stuff. What I did do that has been very usual in recent years, is put on music and dance. I had a nice time. I used to come home from work (when I worked) almost every night and dance for up to 30-45 minutes. That was sort of the "old" me. I would love to get that particular bit back. It would be very good for me. I felt good dancing this afternoon.
Thanks for this!

I cleaned the bathroom, kept the kitchen clean, and read a book.

- I listened to a very boring class online that I am supposed to teach one day. I am right now at a loss as to how I can make it engaging for students, and I simply refuse to read the presentation slides the teacher was doing. So I did other things on the computer. tomorrow is Day 2 of the two day class and I will stay tuned, participating as a student and thinking about what to do when it is my turn.

- I had exchanges with the dr about a highly unpleasant matter and tomorrow we will continue.

- I took a shower and did self-care.

- I wrote one funny FB post. Hopefully it is funny.

- I came down from hypomania with hypersexual ideation by evening, made dinner, ate it, took Geodon. Earlier I took Imitrex for what seemed to be a migraine with nausea starting; it helped.

- I almost finished the book about Treating bipolar disorder with IPSRT.

- I filled out the Social Rhythm metric from that book, adapting it for my needs (added a line for weight and whether it is going up or down, e.g.)

- filled out a Mood tracker.

Going to bed on time.

I came clean to my husband about my credit card overspending. I had been keeping it from him for months. It felt so good to own up to it and not be hiding things from him.

I finally updated my apps on my phone.

I took supplements and learned what helps and what doesn't. I also saw my pdoc and he thought I was doing so good he made the next appointment for 3 months from now.

Did a lot of gardening! I need a shower, but will wait until tonight because we're grilling and I hate that campy smell.
