I fell asleep around midnight and kept waking up all night with dreams about work. I woke up for good at 5:30 AM. I can't keep sleeping this way. Maybe Vraylar is too activating or I'm just too stressed.

Bad night. Have a very busy day ahead so will try to get things done even though I feel like a zombie this morning.

Not for long enough. Woke up and the rumination wheel started. So much for getting back to sleep...
(Sleep's been pretty decent otherwise lately.)

Not bad. I slept pretty well and probably got just about my 8 hours. Of course I have to get up a few times to take care of personal matters, but for the most part, I think I slept well. I don't recall any dreams, however, I do think I did maybe dream. There is some kind of non-specific memory of having dreamed, though I cannot at all remember about what. I feel well rested though, thankfully!

Just great!! Amazing how much a good night's sleep changes your outlook on life.

Yeah, so it’s Monday, 4:22 a.m. and I think that I slept last Thursday for 2-3 hours. It’s the pain; I can’t sleep because of the pain.

Maybe 6 hours, probably not even quite that. I have therapy today, so that is not good. I don't recall any dreams, not even the slightest hint of the fact that I may have dreamed, so I may not have. All in all, this is not good!

Eleven hours, and that was with an alarm or I would have slept a couple more. So exhausted.

I took two sleep aids and went to bed. I woke up once in the night to potty. Then I was able to go right back to sleep....so all in all the night was good.
