Slept okay last night. Usually I have trouble. I have ambien I could take but it leaves me feeling hungover the next day after using it. So I don't take it to often. I have a bad habit of staying on the laptop too late into the night. I have read that it is better to get off an hour or so before going to bed. I don't have cable tv so the internet is my only entertainment that I have. I can't concentrate long enough to read. Part of my disorder I think. Plus my mind has a tendency to race at night. So when I do try to lay down sleep isn't easy to achieve. But I guess I should try.

I was still wide awake at 1:30am. Then anxiety decided to show up. I took an Ambien and put on some classical music.

I slept really well. I am so happy that I adjusted my meds a few days ago. I slept pretty well throughout the whole night and got at least 8 hours, if not a bit more. No dreams. I rarely remember them. I think one of my meds may block my memory of them, but that is fine with me. I like to focus upon my waking hours. Those are the ones that count. What I do when I am sleeping makes no difference in this life, though it may to some degree affect how well or how poorly I operate in life if I have slept well or poorly, so getting good sleep is essential.

I sleep pretty good these days, courtesy of a good sleep routine and my meds. I usually get 7-9 hours depending on the day of the week. Even during my last episode I managed to get 6-7. I'll never take this for granted. My sleep was so awful before.

Pretty good, I think I got about 7 hours, not broken up or anything either. Maybe once I had to get up and use the bathroom.... also, I was able to take a morning nap, what a luxury! Holidays are so nice....

My sleep was very restless. It didn't help that my husband was restless as well.

Four hours straight then half an hour later in the morning. lately I have been sleeping for 10+ hours a night but I actually feel better on less sleep and am not hypomanic so all is well. Hoping to have a good nights sleep tonight.

Experiencing great difficulty sleeping. In lots of physical neuropathic and joint pain. Finally, had gotten some sleep last night. Temazepam sometimes helps.

I think I slept about 8 hours or so. I kind of remember even dreaming, but I forget what now, but dreaming is good, so I am happy that I dreamed. I dreamed that I got some CDs! I remember now. They were speeches by folks who had some kind of success with some kind of healing. In the dream, I was looking forward to hearing these CDs and gaining some good advice from them.

About 4 hours from 10pm to 2am. I think I was just too excited about being discharged from hospital today. Had a nap today and don't feel hypomanic so all is well.

I had a migraine yesterday, from lack of sleep.

Last night, took meds early and went to bed early. Slept very well.

I have a temazepam hang-over though. Hopefully, it will clear soon.
