Was at my mom's all day yesterday and now going back for round two. My younger son runs and he spent the night at my mom's with his cousins. So, I had to get his outfit at home and wash it. I asked my 18 yo daughter to please switch the laundry over. I get up this morning and everything is still wet in the washer! Her excuse?,tired. My ex is coming 15 minutes from the time of this post. Ack!!

Considering the circumstances, things are looking up. We treated the lice in my daughters hair, my oldest son is feeling a lot better, and I'm still feeling sane. I had a hard time last night. All the stress just got to me so I just went to bed early. I tried taking clonazepam and xanex, but it was like taking tic tacs...they didn't help at all. But it's a new day and it's gonna be a great one!

The gift I want to get my son is on sale half off for the next 3 days but I won't have money until the 1st. We're at my sister in laws for dinner and we'll be here until Sunday. My parents are in town but I won't see them until we get back home.

I couldn’t get my panic attacks under control and wasn’t able to go to the Thanksgiving meal. I have one family member who had a fit over that. I thought the response could have been more forgiving. My daughter said “mom, that’s like going into a flower shop expecting to order bagels. You can’t expect something that she doesn’t have in her”. Aaaahhhh...wise young lady.

I am sorry about the panic attacks and hope you feel better this evening.
It's sad someone had a "bad reaction." Yes, your daughter is very insightful.

Why don't you come over for pie and coffee/tea. We'll have a laugh together!

Today went okay, despite my initial anxiety. Took my mother to my in-laws for dinner. It all went very well. Thankfully.

Love to All!

I did go shopping........my first Black Friday shopping and it went well! People were friendly and low keyed, it wasn't at all like they show on tv. Only went to one store......they had a great deal on kitty litter, that's why I went. If not for my back I would have spent more time there and looked at more stuff for my Christmas list.

I planned on avoiding my immediate family by not going over my mom and stepdad’s house. I went to Cracker Barrel and purchased thanksgiving dinners for me plus my daughter. The food was trash. I went two years ago and it was good. This taste like hospital food. I took a nap then my mom called wanting me to come over. My oldest daughter called next and she was crying. She asked me to meet her at my mom’s house. I said yes. A few minutes later my grandmother called. She told me not to worry about my daughter to drive safe. I made it to the house and she was talking to my sister. I talked to my oldest daughter and she was having racing thoughts. I told her how the thoughts try to get in your head and ruin your day. I shared some of my racing thoughts and she shared some of hers. After we talked about how untrue her thoughts were she felt better. We ate and went to a few stores. Although I arrived towards the end of dinner it was ok.
