Yes. Also got a new pill box as I'm trying something different with the vitamins and supplements.

Taken morning and 2pm meds, I take the others after dinner.

I've had trouble losing (and later finding) my pill case and with missing a dose of Lithium, the 2pm one, because my phone was dead and that has my alrms for pills on it. Any suggestions on how to improve?

I try to always keep my phone charged.

I took my morning meds. I take my night ones right before I go to sleep.

MoodyMountain -- do you keep your pill box in a place you will frequently be (or be at med times)? I wonder because you said you've had trouble losing it. Keeping them (I have separate am and pm containers) right next to my bed helps. When I have to bring them to work, I put a small container right in the bag with my almonds that I always eat at break time. That way I can't miss them. Otherwise I am terrible at remembering off times (alarm doesn't work so well for that because I don't always take my break at the same time.)

Took my am meds. I am aiming to be very very diligent.

I have been on sick leave recently, and one of the improvements we made to my treatment was more Lithium taken at 2pm. I am frequently away from home at this time, for treatment or shopping, so I take my pill box with me. That's also why I found my pillbox in the truck after I lost it- complete with a Latuda pill worth $60. I may have to find a pillbox that will affix to a belt.

I worry about the heat in my pocket and the pills falling out, but keeping them on me lets me check if I've taken my pills. It's kind of an anxious habit it's saved me a few times. I have had to take my pills at the GP and at my therapists office so far to, haven't had it go off at the pdoc.

I use to take my Lithium at noon. I have attached a pic of a pill case I found at Walmart in the pharmacy area. I was able to fit a weeks worth of pills in the case. The case closed real good.

I took my meds and feel fine again. Tomorrow, before I meet my new online man in person, I will take my medication again. Sometimes, I wonder if my appetite for destruction, meaning towards obesity, is coming from the medication. I'm not menopausal but perimenopausal now. I am getting hot flashes occasionally now. Thus, I'm thinking my condition is also contributing to my appetite and slowing down of my metabolism. I am slowly gaining weight. It bothers me but I walk a lot still and it is not preventing me from gaining weight. Thus, I need to be careful before I blow up into getting pre-diabetic again. The medication may be also contributing to my intense appetite. I really have to be more vigilant about my health.

I took my meds last night but took food too late, so the Latuda didn't work well and I only got 3 hours sleep. I got through the day though, by taking a half in the morning. I can't do that much because this med is so expensive.
