Always! Like a religious ritual...I know what happens if I don't and I don't want to be responsible for that.

Missed afternoon meds since I’ve been on base all day. I also don’t have one of my refills because they’re out of stock.

Oh yes, I need to. Normally I never forget, but hubby is out with his buddies tonight. Instead of sitting at the table and eating dinner, and then taking my meds from the box on the dining room table, I ate dinner in bed, and almost forgot. I'll go down now.

I`ve had trouble keeping up with my meds lately and believe I`m paying the price for it now. I`ve filled up my pill box and I think I`ll get back on track.

Took one afternoon med. Finally got the other one a few minutes ago.

I need to remember to take the antibiotic tonight, though I know it won't help.

Still got 5.5 hours sleep despite missing 300mg lithium, I think the Latuda has something to do with that. Last time I missed I got manic and didn't sleep.

Took morning and afternoon meds.

May have to use a pill case again as I will have to shift some supplements around to keep them from possibly affecting my meds. I have to take some with food so may take them with dinner instead of breakfast.
