My pdoc did not give me a script yet; except for more Ambien. Since I was able to get it done today, I am calling her to ask for a script as soon as I am cleared, as we do not have an appt for 2 weeks! (She had given me 10 days to get it done, but I was able to get it done within 2 hours of having left her office today.)

Just saw my nephew and his wife; we'd met for dinner. He's such a sweet guy! Reminds me so much of his dad (my brother). Good times.

I've really been trying hard to socialize instead of isolating and am getting to see many people I love. It helps!

Thanks so much, Christina!

Today was the anniversary of losing my step-brother and his wife in a private plane crash, where he was the pilot. (This is in addition to the commercial jetliner crash.) It helped to make plans with my nephew and distract myself as much as possible today.
