Passed out at 9 got up at 6 am. On prime day they had a bunch of magazine subscriptions for $1-5 so one of the magazines I got was Family Circle. Yeah I don't have a family really and a lot of the articles were "How to talk to your teenager" but they had one article on sleep. One of the things was if you don't sleep all the way through the night to have a spoonful of raw honey before bed because sometimes you wake up because your blood sugar will drop. So I tried it and actually didn't wake up at 3:30 am! Tbh any reason to have honey is a good one. I love honey. Just thought I'd let y'all know. They also mentioned this stuff for stress. Pinch Me Therapy Dough It looks pretty interesting.

I'm glad to hear you slept through the night! That putty looks really really cool and exactly what I need for anxiety.

It really is. I feel much clearer headed today.

The article also mentioned taking magnesium for sleep so might try that in a few weeks when i get some money and can buy some.

Sleep is the foundation for stability - or at least a major one. Thanks for the link. The therapy dough kind-of reminds me of a stress ball.

Yes, I've been taking mg in the evenings and my sleep is much better now. Although at the same time I forced myself to go for a walk as soon as I wake up. Getting :sunshine in the early morning sets your biorhythm right as well.
But back to mg, I feel very relaxed after taking it. I got the better firm which is called magnesium citrate (better absorbtion) and I try to avoid milk and dairy when I take it as it interferes with mg.

Glad you slept well. Its always nice- people take it for granted.

I was lucky too- my cpap died (im getting a new one monday)- so I had to sleep without it. It wasnt bad at all. Only woke up once and i woke up at a normal time and Im still awake here at noon.

Hi Mo!

I actually slept through the night for the first time in a while as well last night. I realised after a lot of pain that I was scrunching up my pillow in my sleep and constantly flexing my shoulder muscles because the insides of my pillow were popping out. Got a new pillow (firmer and thicker) and finally got some good sleep!
Amazing what one night's proper sleep can do for one's mood as well
