(Insert insulting and wrong labels)

6 sessions of CBT is what is offered in this forest, if there is a “crisis”..

Since I’m also allergic to the “professionals” they have no clue how I’m doing, nor do they care. They have screwed me over so many times and have made me sicker.

I do not have the gift of telling them how I’m doing in 11 seconds.. So I’m a “failure”

Sorry to hear all of that, fuzzy. But you are NOT a failure. The only failures are the professionals who failed to help you.

I know what you mean about professionals not caring. My first therapist didn't care about me and even accused me of being a liar about my depression when I was diagnosed with it by my pdoc. "No, you're not depressed. That's not what depression looks like. Your psychiatrist is mistaken. Perhaps you described the wrong thing. I haven't seen you depressed." Wtf lady? I wish I were joking. But she is no longer a therapist. Thank God.

Thanks blue

That ex - “therapist” (it’s so sad how clueless and cruel some of them are

I deleted part of my post - where I asked how do I stop being “low functioning” and having thoughts of su etc..aside from medication (allergic)

I feel “guilty” or something for posting. . The “professionals” in this forest, or so many of them, don’t want to listen, and blame us for not “benefiting” from 6 sessions of sub optimal CBT, or from the scare tactics or fobbing off of the GP’s

I do have “Depression” in my notes but am supposed to “get on with it” in silence.

What is up with some people that they enjoy deliberately triggering others. How sad.

Oh Fuzzy I’m sorry you are going through this

I know some therapists are just horrible and don’t care at all. I’m sorry that you are suffering. I wish I had answers as to why some people just have horrible anxiety but I do not. I hope you get to feeling better. You are loved I have found that you give the best advice
