I am grateful for the cool morning air and a warm cup of coffee while listening to nature.

I am most grateful for my husband who is a truly amazing father.

I'm grateful to my wife, who through a previous marriage made me a father. I'm lucky.
I'm grateful that my changing cycle is teaching me that I'm alive and that I have a lot to learn.
I'm grateful that I'm lucky enough to have options to make myself and others safe from me when my symptoms are at their worst.
I'm grateful for a daughter who wants to make me poached eggs and corned beef hash on Father's Day.

I am grateful for the garden we have growing. My oldest child has really taken an interest in it and I love connecting with the earth every day.

I am also grateful for the various positive updates people have posted lately. I know there are many struggling and suffering. I connect with and have empathy for that pain. We are where we are and wherever we are is ok....but it is wonderful to hear about the good times as well. It helps to remind us that they do return eventually.

I am grateful for the deer sleeping on my lawn this morning. Art exists in life.
She reminded me of that.

I'm grateful for the easy weather today, cool and breezy. And for my delightful dog and getting to share my days with such a lovely furry companion. And for Scrabble to challenge me tho i wish it wasn't so often humbling.

I am grateful to have a job which I really enjoy! I also am grateful for my health and stability. I've been through hell and back but am thinking I made it to great place in life now. I am really thankful for what I have given the fact I had nothing a few years back and major instability. Life is a journey, not a destination. I will keep taking this path, hopefully remain stable, and at peace!
Thanks for this!

I am grateful to remember to be grateful. I tend to forget or to take things for granted rather than to be appreciative. At this moment, I am grateful for this thread that reminds me and also for this BP forum for a place to come to be reminded.

I am grateful for my mother. She has been a huge support to me lately and I really appreciate everything she did to comfort me and help me care for my children when I was having symptoms.

I am grateful to my husband. He felt a lot of fear when my symptoms returned, but he stood by me while I got help and found my way back to good again.

I am grateful that I have remained mostly stable during a very stressful time. More stress is ahead. I need to plan for it in a healthy way.
