I am grateful for people who appreciate thoughtfulness. It is nice to hear that the kindness we show matters sometimes.

I am grateful for my pdoc. Even though I do not always agree with her, I highly respect her pure intentions. We are just fine having some very different viewpoints/opinions from one another. She is open to listening to my point of view and vice versa. We then often reach a compromise. I adore her sense of humor and so thoroughly enjoy the laughter we share. Laughter is great medicine! (I do recall when I had temporarily lost the ability to feel JOY and to enJOY laughter entirely.)

I’m grateful my liver ultrasound came back fatty liver but stable from my last ultrasound! Big relief. Of course “ eat better, avoid carbs and exercise” as if I’m not aware I’m fat

I am grateful that after a challenging morning I was able to stick to my plan for the day and complete another module of my training course. I learned a lot of great stuff that lights up my brain in healthy ways.

Although I often feel the current state of healthcare is less than perfect , I am grateful to my physcians for focusing on the most important issue at hand yesterday. Both of my physicans are otustanding. This was a snafu in the system. I am also grateful I have a state-of-the art medical center nearby. I am very fortunate!

I'm only grateful for one thing - the fact that I'm still here. I've had some close calls and firmly believe God has a plan for me, one that I am currently living in my work and as a father. I think of it every day.

That's a beautiful choice in gratitude. You could stick with those feelings every day for the rest of your life and it would remain beautiful and full of purpose. Thanks for sharing with us.

I am grateful for Christina. She knows how to have fun. She has a wicked sense of humor. She is stronger than steel and has a heart of gold. She is honest. She is gifted in blending tough advice with love. She openly shares her experiences assisting countless individuals as she goes. She allows us to see her even when she is raw and in pain. She shows her family love and cares for them even when she is struggling herself. She is a warrior.

I am grateful that our kitty is well. I'm grateful for my peacefully sleeping husband. I am grateful that I have an appointment with a gynaecologist next month. I am grateful for seroquel, not only does is help me sleep, but I noticed that after years of praying that I would die in my sleep and not have to face another day of this life, I don't do that anymore. I just wish for sleep, but I no longer wish for death...amazing!

I'm grateful that my psychiatrist squeezed me in for an appointment yesterday morning when I had to cancel today's.

Today will be stressful for me, but HOPEFULLY I will have a break from a lot of this stress next week.

I am grateful for the start of my husband's vacation. He is off all next week and we are very excited to have him home. He works incredibly hard to support us and we miss him when he is gone. The kids always have a blast on his days off and I genuinely appreciate the break and support. Plus, he's my best friend and we're always laughing and doing things together. Looking forward to a fantastic week!

Your psychiatrist is a true gem. I'm grateful you have him for support during this most difficult time. I hope today went ok for you.

Yes!!! A million times this. My mother in law brought me a frozen meal today to bust out on a night when I didn't feel like cooking. It was very thoughtful of her. Sometimes someone else handling dinner is like getting a winning lottery ticket

I’m grateful to have a family friend who loves to clean and organize and likes to keep busy. She is helping me get the house ready to have Thanksgiving here and for my daughter’s visit home. I’m very grateful since it otherwise wouldn’t be possible in my current state.
