Tried to sleep, but it was super restless and I am wiped today. Just wiped. Ugh! Why can't I go to Walmart and purchase a new brain for $99.99.

My FitBit supposedly tracks my sleep, but half the time it says I didn't sleep at all even though I do dream. I wonder if I don't get deep enough sleep. I am tired all the time.

I have done a sleep study, and it's not apnea.

I'm on three stomach meds and yes two of them interfere with sleep. I take one am and that one is fine the one I'm supposed to take at bed time interferes with other meds working plus cause insomnia so I stopped taking it. The thrird one I'm supposed to take with meals but it's making me nauseous so I stopped that too. I'll have to call my doc on Monday and let him know.

It will get sorted. I'm sure after the colonoscopy the doc will have a better idea of what to do. It's not far off. Thanks for careing

Sorry to hear about your med situation, Nammu. I hope you get some answers from the colonoscopy results.

Plus, you need to sleep because we need you to share more of your dreams with us.

I haven't been posting here lately because of my depressive sleeping (10-12 hours a night), but last night was a PITA with the fire alarm going off. I didn't sleep much because of it. It totally threw off my sleeping schedule. I also had a nightmare about getting stabbed to death, so that was *wonderful*.

I've dreams to report

The first one was the night before last. I was Stephen Fry, as a teenager. But the dream took place in the future. There was a shuttle UFO going between earth and the rings of Jupiter. Tons of obnoxious teenagers were hopping on the shuttle and doing teenager stuff and there was lots of oddball stuff that was normalized cause it was normal to have these things from other planets and moons. Then I became myself and the other teens thought it was cool Fry turned into an old woman.

I can't recall the second part of the dream or the one I had this morning.

It's after 5:30 and Im still awake. I even saw the garbage truck come about 20 minutes ago. So my new hand-me-down cpap mask is fitting great tonight and not leaking but of course I can't sleep. (I tightened everything that could be tightened.) Hopefully it will fit great tomorrow too. I'm starting to get hungry. Maybe I wont sleep at all. But now the sun is coming up and that won't help me feel sleepy.

I had a cool dream last night I just don't remember a lot of it. But it was something with ships. Ships that sailed the sky and a war, I think there had been a war and people were looting museums. There were lots of statues and gold covered objects and people trying to get into ships, old fashioned Spanish looking ships and Chinese looking ships only they sailed the sky not the sea. I do remember there was a sense of my being a giant and redistributing the loot among the ships to make it fair and that I shrunk and got onto my favorite ship which looked more like a fancy frame than a ship.

Hyper-awake here at 11 PM. Hyper-alert. Colors too vivd, sounds too intense and loud. Getting paranoid again. Getting a little psychotic once more. Everything looks phony and unreal, just like always. A fake world. Oh well. Maybe I won't have any more visual hallucinations this time. No way I can go to bed like this. That just makes the hallucinations way worse. Maybe watch a movie or something.

I’ve been awake since midnight. I’m tired I just don’t want to sleep. I’m drinking the new Mountain Dew that came out last week.

I ended up going back to sleep about 6:30 to 9:45, then going for coffee. I may have messed up my sleep schedule but at least I feel better now.

It’s called liberty brew Mountain Dew. It tastes like liquid gummy bears.

I hope you feel better soon Christina.

I, too, have a love-hate relationship with Prednisone. I hate the drug but I do love to breathe.

Thank Bp

Polibeth I knew you would so understand it..... Total suckage isn't it !

Then we are suppost to get that Saharan dust mid to late week I think.. Of course Steve and I stay indoors it doesn't effect most people but anyone with any breathing issues are told to sit inside lol I'm okay with that because Damnnnnnn its been so hot out... Muggy oppressive

Does prednisone make anyone else feel like they are living on the Sun?? I absolutely burn up taking that garbage, I've hopped in the shower twice today just to cool off ! I got the AC on and fans blowing and Id love to run it at 40 degrees

Ahhh the fun
