Shoulda slept great last night! But nope, lots of tossing and turning. Had to drive mum over to the next town over for a medical appointment and now that I’m back I’m exhausted. Wish I could sleep in the day time, a nap sounds so good.

I am on so many meds now No wonder I am a slug. Agreed..... I asked to be on the floor drooling so less time for me to deal with feeling so much rage. I use to take one pill in the AM and now I take 4 more

Drugged sleep is okay for now , Seroquel isn't a long term deal anyway.

I was able to sleep about 4 hours the last 2 nights. I feel like my meds aren't enough anymore. Stress isn't helping or pain. Hopeful I'll sleep better tonight.

Yeah, ser o kill poops out too. Last time I tried to use it tho it gave me horrible restlessness, I was tired but my legs were going a mile a second, oh I’ll never take it again. Oh man that was torture. If I recall right it was about 50 ml. The dose for sleep aid.

I fell asleep at 5. I woke up for AGT. I was groggy the whole time but I managed to stay up for the semi BS results. Then I went back to bed and it took about 45 minutes to fall asleep. I woke up twice before waking up wide awake half an hour ago. My sleep has been pretty bad lately and I know exactly why.

And I had a dream where I was in a large group and people weren’t taking turns and being polite with the showers. I’ve been in large groups but people have been respectful of the showers so I’m not sure what the dream meant.

Yeah Nammu Seroquel SUCKS ! I need the cogentin AND Inderal to take it. Once things level out for me I will get off it quick, Im already looking to what food I can eat right after I eat dinner.

My stomach has been really upset so I am sure its due to all these meds

But Drugged sleep is needed for right now.

I haven’t had normal sleep in ages.

Did have a confusing emotional dream tho. It was like the 80’s bold colors and sharp shoulder pads and a dr who cyborg that was getting teens to build video games that really killed people and there was a moving box shrub that was very important but I didn’t recognize it’s importance until too late and there was an evil wicked step mother. Was glad to wake up from this one!

Did the ZzzQuil/25 mg Seroquel combo again last night and slept hard for 7 hours. Was up for awhile, went back and slept for another 90 minutes. And I'm still so sleepy I'll probably sleep some more.

However I do it, I end up tired. But I would rather be sleepy from meds than tired from not sleeping.

I slept for about 8 hours last night. I don't know if my body knows I'm leaving Seroquel and wanted to prepare me of the aftermath. But it felt good. Real good.

50 of Serokill has been working for sleep for me. When I was off it completely is when I was staying up all 🌙 night and trying Benedryl or melatonin.

Have you thought about going on something to help you sleep? It might help you. I know what it's like to not sleep. Its horrible.

I agree with Coolbreeze. I know that one of the major problems I have if I don't sleep enough is body pain. It escalates when I'm sleep deprived.

Another night of waking up at 11:45 and being up for hours. This happens most nights now. I didn’t take any melatonin last night. My therapist thinks I may have restless leg syndrome. Which make sense since it runs heavily in my family. Right now I’m just listening to music as usual. But I’m super motivated for some reason and I sort of feel like drinking caffeine to stay up. So I’m wondering if I’m kinda manic.
