yes- their songs are beautiful!

at what age did you become aware that something wasn't right with your mental health?. did something (or someone) prompt you to get help?

about age 9 I started having problems in school and saw the school counselor a few times. The school decided to send me to her. They make sure you don't feel like anything is wrong with you, just that you seem to need to talk. I didn't realize anything permanent was wrong until much, much later, like the middle of grad school. I was very hard to convince that I needed meds long term and that I needed treatment period.

Is there a word you never can remember how to spell?

A few. I am not great at spelling at all. Auto correct doesn't help. "Endeavor" is sometimes an example. Also "supposedly". The latter is surely because of regional pronunciation differences. Also, I tend to spell more accurately when typing on my laptop than on my phone.

What is your favorite word in the English language (or other language)?

I do not. I have cats that like to eat birds.

If you could live in any one state/province/territory/etc, forever at only one season, where would you choose and when?

Yes. I am not a fan of them. I know that most I come across are innocent enough (garden/garter snakes), but there are some that aren't (copperhead). Either way, they slither and look scary. Oddly, I am not afraid of most all bugs and spiders.

What was the worst physical injury you've ever had?

I fell walking into my therapist's office and tore tendons and ligaments in my ankle that required major surgery to correct it.

What is the most physically painful thing you have experienced?

when I was a child, I twisted my kneck. I just lay their screaming out

I was at school at the time. it took about 3 days to heal, and when It did, it would still randomnly lock in the middle of class

that took a further... well, while to heal.

did you ever watch the tv gameshow called family feud?. do you like it?. (I love the answers)

I've not seen it since I was a kid. Well, except for one time when I was at a hotel for a conference and the TV was stuck on Game Show network. The host kept kissing the women on the lips in the old programs which was odd in 2000.

Do you keep your fingernails long or short?

On rare occasions, I have had long acrylic gel nails. They are fun for a few days, then they annoy me. So I keep my nails pretty short. And I take Biotin for hair and nail health.

Have you ever been inside of a cave?

Yes. We went cave exploring when I was a camp counselor. That was ok but had a tight spot that was sort of scary. Getting through caused a real sense of satisfaction. I think I got a certificate . On the other hand we went to Mammoth cave in KY on vacation when I was a kid. That would have been fine except you have to climb a huge fire ladder and I'm scared of heights. My parents opted to not tell me about it and deal with it when it came and so I would up terrified and furios. Not the best part of that vacation. I don't even remember where where we were going, just the horrific stop at the cave.

Are you afraid of heights?

Not as much as I'd like, but surely more than the average person in my country. I know most about Christian religions, Buddhism, Hinduism, and Judaism. Less about the various Islamic faiths, and smaller religions like Baha'i, Zoroastrianism, Shinto, African and American tribal, etc. I know there are many many. I believe there is something meaningful in most.

What does a peaceful moment look like to you?

Just loved the dirty, rickety, reliable NYC subway.

Do yo feel your emotions anymore, or is it mostly just in your head?

My favourite drink at breakfast in orange juice. I'm pretty miserable if I don't have a small glass of orange juice each morning.

Tell me about your mask collection. Do you just use disposable ones, have a small or larger collection of whimsical cloth ones...just stick to plain black?

I have a plain green one, green plaid, green and blue big floral, small floral in blue and 2 small floral prints in blue and I have assorted paper masks as well. I'd like to have more cloth ones just for variety. I don't go out that much and it makes no sense but it's just how I feel .

How many tabs do you have open on your computer right now? (Idea stolen from someone else months ago. Thanks whomever that was)

......9?. wow

no, I am the last person who you would see throwing a party.

are their any items of clothing (in general) that you don't like to wear/ have a phobia of? (as an example I won't wear coats or gloves, and I don't particularly like jeans)

Yes. I never wear a scarf - I'm terrified I'd be giving someone the tool with which to murder me.

Do you check your mail each day or less often?
