The mountains... most magical place I've seen is top of Mt. Bond at sunrise

do you like to write creatively?

I only write when i am manic.

Coffee or tea?

Usually coffee.

Do you put spaghetti sauce on other things besides pasta?

Sure. Chicken/Veal/Eggplant Parmesan, Meatball Hoagie, Eggplant or Zucchini Rolantini. I also make fresh marinara sauce (or like a bruscetta) for certain fish or shrimp dishes, flat breads, or homemade pizzas (i.e. Pizza Margherita ).

What is your favorite breakfast food?

Probably oatmeal with peanut butter. But I want everything you just mentioned. Yum!!! You sound like a really good cook.

What kind of restaurant is you favorite?

A big slice of chocolate cream pie with those little curly chocolate shavings. Yum!

Which is your favorite season of the year?

winter. it's cold, that's good for my mood, the nights are darker which I like, and of course it's christmas!

and my agoraphobia isn't as triggered so much because of the colder weather and not as much people going out.

do you ever think about how you might live life if things were diffrent? (you wern't diagnosed with a mental/physical illness,kovid wasn't a thing, you had a better childhood) etc etc etc?. or do you just accept it how it is.

I think about it all the time. I would have a very different life.

Do you have a best friend?

no, but I really wish I did. it would make life just a little easier having someone to check in with

Going to the movies. It's really therapeutic for me.


How often do you take yourself to one of your favorite places?

In my head, often. In person, not as often. I'm working on it.

Do you despise stigma against MI?

I definitely don't like it, but I wouldn't use the word "despise". I say that because like many types of prejudice, it's born from ignorance most of the time. Ignorance is a negative thing, for sure, but too often it's learned and not truly based on hatred. That is pitiable or at least a shame. Luckily, with proper education and exposure stigma can be eased to varying degrees.

Can (or have) you fall asleep sitting up?

Normally not but once after driving a long way for vacation I got up in the night for the bathroom and fell asleep on the toilet. I stayed there so long my legs fell asleep and when I tried to stand I fell and had to crawl to bed.

What is the longest you've driven (or been a passenger)?

Nashville to Portland. 4 days.2355 miles.

Favorite flower?

Purple African Daisy


Do you believe in anything that might be considered supernatural or metaphysical by others?

ghosts and angels

and, I do believe their is a lock ness monster in the scottish lake

I have read a lot of the classics

roald dahl. I grew up with him and had most of his books (and casette tapes)

do you like any other country's music apart from your own?

I like Dahl too

I like some of the music from the USA, and some composers from other countries (classical) I don't often listen to classical music lately though.

Yup! The grand ole Saco River

The Highlands and Islands, Scotland

favourite flower?

Hard question. I love so many flowers. Well, all. I suppose I'll choose gladiolus. Flower arranging sort of became a somewhat later in age casual hobby of mine.
