My left rib is really hurting. Idk why. But its killing me. I had a 3 hour long panic attack last night. Just pure torture! Hope I don't have one for at least a couple of days...
I might post about if/when I practise meditation in my tapering off benzos thread. The next 2 weeks might be rough as I am low on supplies (this has happened before and when I get the new supplies I up the dose again. This time I intend not to do that)

I'm sorry about the panic attack and your hurting rib.

Exactly!! I would be delighted if I could get someone who is at least a little competent. Also I know my body and mind much better than some random provider does in 4 minutes.

So you called the pdoc?

How do you know the 6 year old is riding a bike and handing out candy? Do you retain memories of that?

I'm pretty worried good buddy. You're not making very much sense.

Looks really nice Moose. I can't believe that you don't have any moving chaos. I've never gotten that settled so quickly.

I had LOTS of help! We had the movers, for one. That was 90% of the move! Then my aunt put away all my kitchen items AND lined the shelves with plastic liner. My mom came over today and suggested I move the tall CD tower to my living room. That takes up one whole level of CDs so they don't have to be on top of each other. I also pared down a LOT of stuff before I moved- and I have a few things at my mom's house in the basement. But yes- it has been fairly without issues!

I don't have to get a COVID test at this point. If I start running a fever I do but for now he thinks it's a GI virus that is affecting my throat and eyes. I'm still not allowed near Mark (on chemo) of course and my mom says she wants 10 days before she is around me as well but at least I'm safe from needing a COVID test for now.

One of my great fears is getting something like COVID and spreading it. When I was working I caught whooping cough and spread it to a number of my patients and some of them never bounced back to their prior functioning. It was heartbreaking and while nobody blamed me it was still hard. Spreading any virus to Mark would be horrible and COVID 10 times worse than horrible.

but for now it is ok.

Well I talked to him. He hasn't been sleeping a lot. Hes only getting about 6 hours of sleep a night.

Talked to the psychiatrist at the hospital. What q ****ing joke. Its q long story but she had the wrong person at first and then when we got it straightened out she said I heard he was abusive last night. I'm like I didn't even talk to him last night. Then she decsribedhim as intrusive. My son is nothing like that. I could tell tho that English is her second language. Long story short he will be coming home Monday and this hospital and the psychiatrists there are a joke! What a disappointment ...

How fun to see your pics! Your new place is nice, Moose, really nice. Having that little seating area outside is a big plus. Your lamp is a trip! I love it

Yay! I ordered an organic cotton dress from Gaia Conceptions and it arrived AND my ZzzQuil came 1 day early! Meaning, there's at least a chance of sleeping tonight.

I’m very bored at work without my student lol. He was anxiety provoking but at least he kept me on my toes! I spend a lot of time surfing Wikipedia on my chrome book. It’s school issued and it’s a school account so I know they could check my history if they were so inclined. I figure Wikipedia is a safe bet because I could just say I was researching something for a student. I go through random topics. Yesterday was the complete legend of the jersey devil and the other legends of the NJ pine barrens. Today was kublai Kahn and the Silk Road, among other Chinese dynasties. I like history. I’m not a fan of European history though.

I cut the tip of my thumb off with scissors today it’s definitely not as bad as when I sliced a piece of my pinky off with a mandolin sliced though! For that I had to go to urgent care and get it cauterized. Talk about pain!!! It’s gonna hurt for awhile though, that’s for sure!

Still a bit queasy at different times of the day. It really doesn’t seem to be related to anything I’m eating. I mean today I had multi grain Cheerios with some low fat milk. Talk about mild!

I’m on my last juul pods and I really think I’ll be ok. I didn’t vape for six hours straight on Sunday, and then yesterday I was without my device the entire day until about 5pm and I barely even thought about it. I will be happy to be free of nicotine! If I can do it it will be the first time nicotine free for more than a week since I was 19 years old.

Thanks! I got moved in quickly because I had help! The movers brought everything up and put the furniture where I asked them to and then my aunt and mom and her husband and N3 started hooking up the TV and setting up the VCR and DVD/CD playef and putting away the dishes and pots and pans. Then over the last few days, I emptied the rest of the boxes and put CDs, DVDs, and records and books away. I put away my clothes etc. My mom came over today to help me organize my CD stand. She had an idea of where it could go and it fit! But she also rearranged where I keep my K cups and helped me go through all the papers in one of the last boxes that I had. Slow and steady wins the race!
