Cool Insomnia Club #3

I've been up since 10. My throats really been bothering me and I'm sure I'm not the only person in the world losing sleep over the tragedy in Texas.

Got no sleep last night. I added the extra 20mg latuda to my meds last night and nothing. Tonight I’m going to try both the new AP and the latuda. I gotta sleep sometime. Despite no sleep I did go to fitness class but not aqua class, I just couldn’t bring myself to get in a cold pool!

I fell asleep before 7 I think. I woke up right before 10. I was kinda frustrated since I didn't sleep good the night before. I got back to sleep sometime before 1. I woke up right before 5. I feel decent I guess.

My throat pain woke me up half an hour ago and I had some bad wet, throw up like cough I had to clear. I still have some in my throat so the pain is still there.

I have had a headache for 2 weeks. Not unusual, but sure not pleasant. Never did sleep tonight. The Haldol didn't seem to do anything, I think the dose of 2mg. is too low.

Oo having a headache for two weeks is miserable. Hope you get some sleep tonight.

I did get some decent sleep. The weather cleared up and the low system moved off plus I listened to rock and roll last night. Good memories.

Staying up way to late so getting out of bed is tough !

Who were you listening to?

Mostly Led Zeppelin, credence Clearwater and Kansas, some queen, and who ever did Smoke on the Water. Always loved that song and always forget who plays it.

Not much sleep, so really tired.

I fell asleep as normal before 7. I was super nauseated and anxious and still just sick about the Texas shooting. I took half a zofran and an extra valium. I woke up at 11 something. I still felt sick so I took another half zofran and a melatonin. I got back to sleep around 1 or 2 something and then woke up at 5 still feeling nauseated. It could just be anxiety.

I wasn't feeling too well when I fell asleep last night at 7. I woke up at 11 feeling even worse. I forget what I did if I took a zofran or not. I know I took a melatonin and got back to sleep until 1. Then I still felt a lot of nausea and stomach pain so I took some tylenol with a Reeses cup and got back to sleep until 3:30. Now I feel pretty much ok just kind of anxious.

Well Summer is officially here . I woke up sweaty despite the AC on of course ! Ugh

Mum got up in the night and turned the AC off, so I woke up snuffed and sweaty too.

Boy it’s hard to find a happy medium for us.

I was pretty tired last night and I slept from 7 until 4:15 uninterrupted. I feel pretty good today from all that sleep.

Still just short sleeps at random times & lots of dreams. Sometimes I see that I'm experiencing a dream while I'm still awake.

I’ve done that, have waking dreams. It happens when I don’t get enough solid sleep.

Last night I fell asleep rather quickly but woke up at 4 am remembered the email I got that said my delivery had arrived. So I went outside to look around. Then back to bed.

Had fantastic dreams of being quarantined in England. I was finally eligible for a new passport to sister counties. I took a ferry across a canal to Ireland got my shinny new passport stamped and had tea. Then I was able to go to Scotland, again by canal? Went to a pub, took a quiz and was given an award for doing good for a foreigner. Was a real feel good dream 😴

I woke up at 11:30 with a bad stomach ache and anxiety for no reason and I don't know why and its like from this show I watch when she said "why ya'll acting brand new?" This happens 4-5 times a week it shouldn't suprise me anymore.

Ooo sad for you. The beginning of the night was bad. The thunderstorms were here and the lightning ⚡️ kept me awake. But after the storm passed I did sleep pretty good. Sorry you didn’t. Hope tonight is a much better night for you.

Actually the bad stomach ache is just from the high blood levels. Rigga morris as Alyssa Edwards from Drag Race would say. Look it up.

Ouch you’ve not been having a good time of it. I hope you have a still calm night tonight. It’s past my bedtime. See ya tomorrow.

I drank warm milk last night & evidently fell asleep pretty soon after that. But then woke up maybe a couple hours later & still awake since. Too much on my mind. Ideas/thoughts (& voices ) keep me awake. I will probably be forced into a short nap later today.
